Most would describe me as a wife, and small business owner. But in reality, I am so much more than that. And so are you.

I’m a coach, storyteller, and adventurer at heart. I believe that the stories we carry—our struggles, triumphs, and tender in-between moments—are what connect us most deeply as women. For years, I’ve guided women out on trails, into creative practices, and into BodyMind coaching work to help them reconnect with their bodies, their courage, and their joy.

The Community & Story Circle, grew out of a simple truth I’ve witnessed again and again: when women gather, share stories, and create together, something magical happens. We feel less alone. We see ourselves more clearly. We remember who we are.

This circle is my invitation for you to join me in that magic—month after month, season after season.
