Hey there! I'm Lindsay

Ready to start really living your best life? Then you're in the right place.

There is a place on a hilltop in the mountains where the pines stand still and the valley opens wide below.

On the morning of July 18th, a small gathering of women will meet there.

They will move their bodies in the mountain air. They will sit together in circle and speak what is true. And then they will rest — deeply, fully — held by the sound of singing bowls echoing across the ridge.

This is Morning on the Mountain

A three-hour experience for women who are ready to slow down, come home to themselves, and remember what it feels like to simply be — not do, not perform, not produce. Just be.

You don’t need to have done yoga before. You don’t need to be spiritual or experienced or have anything figured out. You just need to want this morning for yourself.

Space is intentionally limited to 23 women. When it's full, it's full.

How the morning unfolds

Move

Yoga with Sarah Martin

We begin with our bodies.  Sarah will guide you through a gentle, accessible yoga flow designed to open, loosen, and land you fully in the present moment.  No experience necessary.  Just show up as you are.

Gather

Circle with Angelique Eberwein

After we move, we settle into circle. Angelique will offer a short reflection and invitation to share — a chance to be witnessed, to witness others, and to feel the particular magic that happens when women gather with intention on a hilltop in the mountains.

Rest

Sound Bath with Kristen Harper

We close with stillness. Kristen will guide you into a one-hour sound bath and meditation using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls. Let the sound do what words cannot — soothe your nervous system, quiet your mind, and return you to yourself.

You will leave feeling different than when you arrived. That’s the intention.

Sarah Martin

CSL Yogini · Yoga Instructor

Sarah has been teaching yoga locally since 2008 in the traditional yoga studio setting as well as various other population bases — namely veterans. She brings lightheartedness to the space with the intention of heightening one’s mindfulness as well as laughter (if possible!). When asked why she said yes to this morning, she didn’t hesitate:

"Yoga + Nature + Sound Bowl & Gathering. Need I say more?"

Kristen Harper

Mindful Balancing, LLC · Sound Bath Practitioner

"I said yes to this event because of the incredible heart-connection I felt with each of the organizers, as well as the powerful, sacred energy of the mountains. There is a beautiful alignment here, and I am deeply drawn to sharing space where we can gather, breathe, and rest together in such a majestic setting."
