August Trail Magic Hike β The Language of the Body
Our August gathering, walking with the question what is my body telling me? 6 mile loop, 1,300 elevation gain, approximately 3.5 hours at a moderate pace with intentional stops. Drop-ins welcome. Members receive early access and preferred pricing.

Our Monthly Rhythm
Each month, I host intimate gatherings for women in and around Colorado Springs. These are relaxed, meaningful spaces β sometimes reflective, sometimes social, always grounded in real connection.
The form rotates with the seasons. Some months we walk. Some months we sit in circle. Four times a year, we celebrate a seasonal threshold together.
Drop-in spots are available for most gatherings. Community members receive priority access and preferred pricing on every event.
Trail Magic Hikes

Trail magic is an unexpected act of kindness on the trail β a moment of connection or encouragement that arrives when you need it most. Our hikes are an extension of that spirit.
Small, guided gatherings on trails around Colorado Springs. We walk at a relaxed pace, creating space for reflection, conversation, and the kind of quiet noticing that unfolds when we step outside and move together.
Come as you are. Take what you need.
Story Circle Gatherings
Monthly Β· location varies
Where women come together to share, listen, and witness one another through the simple, powerful act of storytelling. Each circle centers on a seasonal theme with guided prompts and open conversation.
Some months we gather in person. Some months we gather in homes. Always small. Always intentional.
Seasonal Celebrations
Four times a year β Solstices and Equinoxes
These are my signature gatherings. Each quarter, we honor the season's transition through a celebration designed to be memorable and meaningful.
Past gatherings have included flower crown making at the Summer Solstice, wreath making at the Winter Solstice, and equinox hikes through the Garden of the Gods or Red Rock Canyon. Each one is thoughtfully designed and uniquely its own.
Seasonal celebrations are ticketed separately. Community members receive early access and preferred pricing.
Walk With Me Wednesdays
