  2. Set a Reminder - The challenge starts Sunday, February 9th, so add it to your calendar or set a reminder to check in daily.
  3. Engage in the Challenge - Each day, a new self-care prompt will be posted in the Facebook group.  Participate vey commenting, sharing your insights or simply following along at your own pace.
  4. Say Hello!  Introduce yourself in the group!  Let us know why you joined and what self care means to you.
