My lifeā€™s journey has been filled with movement and exploration, from racing triathlons and leading hikes to overcoming personal challenges like breast cancer. Through these experiences, I discovered the transformative power of nature, movement, and BodyMind wisdom. Now, Iā€™m here to share that power with you.

My Story:

An Adventure Mindset in Action

Ā 

From racing triathlons to climbing mountains, Iā€™ve always embraced the unknown. Adventure has shaped my life, not just as a physical challenge, but as a mindsetā€”a way of approaching life with curiosity, courage, and resilience.

At 41, I faced a personal challenge that changed everything: breast cancer. It was during my recovery that I truly connected with the wisdom of my body. I learned that lifeā€™s toughest terrain isnā€™t just found on mountains but also within ourselves. I came out of that experience stronger, more connected to myself, and ready to help other women discover their own strength.

Thatā€™s why I created Breakthrough BodyMindā€”to combine my passion for adventure and my years of expertise in coaching, movement, and mindfulness. My approach is about more than just getting outside. Itā€™s about helping you step outside your comfort zone, both physically and emotionally, to create the change you want to see in your life.
