Just like the trees that sway in the wind, your strength is found in your ability to bend, breathe, and stay grounded.  Especially when life feels uncertain.

Try This Rooted Strength Practice

 

Next time you’re outside, find a tree.

Place your hand on the trunk. Close your eyes.  Breathe deeply and ask:

  •   What am I rooted in right now?
  •   What kind of strength is being called forward in me?

 

Let nature remind you: you are resilient, adaptable, and deeply rooted.
